Alchemy Studio makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, Alchemy Studio does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

2. Limitations

In no event shall Alchemy Studio or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Alchemy Studio group even if Alchemy Studio authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

Alchemy Studio has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Alchemy Studio of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.

Alchemy Studio may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

5. No Guarantee Results

Alchemy Studio makes no guarantee at results for his students. If he/she doesn't get results due to the program this is not covered in the program. Alchemy Studio will do everything feasible to ensure the student gets 1 weekly coaching call, access to his course.

6. No Refunds

Under no circumstances does Alchemy Studio provide refunds under the mentoring program. By completing the purchase you accept the terms of not receiving a refund.

If an individual doesn't get results due to their actions and not following the mentoring program, that is no responsibility of Alchemy Studio.

7. Absence

If you are absent during the time of your mentoring program with Alchemy Studio the time will not be reused or rescheduled, If you fail to fully commit to your time with Alchemy Studio time slots you will miss out.

8. Defamation of brand (Alchemy Studio)

Any defamation of personal brand can result in cancellation of the mentoring program and legal action against the business/s. If the business/s makes malicious content found by the brand (Alchemy Studio), then he has the right to initiate legal action for compensation of damages made. If any agreement with the individual is made this may be voided. Repeat instances will result in immediate legal action by the law for compensation of the damages made through legal action.

9. Confidentiality

All information with Alchemy Studio is confidential. If an individual/s exposes confidential information then they are liable for compensation from Alchemy Studio. All information sent to Alchemy Studio is confidential between Alchemy Studio and the individual/s throughout the mentoring.

10. Recorded Sessions

All audit sessions are recorded for quality control purposes. All recorded mentoring sessions are kept by Alchemy Studio exclusively for internal quality control purposes and are never disclosed to anyone outside the company.
